Search engine optimization for the website of Malaysian Journal of ICT (part 4)

Since the website contains scholarly articles, I suggest to submit the url to Scholar.google.com . It's actually a search engine based on Google for academic articles such as journals, proceedings, thesis and technical papers.

To submit your scholarly-content website, go to this URL, http://www.google.com/support/scholar/bin/request.py . Google scholar is getting popular to the academicians or researchers for their literature review and referrencing. Hence, I would say it's a wise to submit the website to such service.

  1. The need for SEO has become acute in the past few years. It is a key to any successful internet marketing strategy. Web sites are being created with Java, Flash and images all of which search engines cannot understand and ignore. If the content of your website is ignored by the search engines then they can't index your site, If your site isn't indexed then no one will find your site by searching for it in Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc. If no one can find your site then your hard work and money spent creating the site is in vain. Customers referred from search engines tend to stick around for longer. Visit Internet marketing for more information.

Login JSON Android using Login Activity

I’ve been trying to release this tutorial quite a while. At last after a long hard effort. AutoCompleteTextView is yet another basic controls in Android. The main purpose is to provide a suggestion list while you type on the textbox (as in the image below). This time instead of listing a regular ArrayList, I will show how to populate the list from a offline database table  through SQLite.
